FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to any physical address within South Africa.
For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote at info@thewinejourney.co.za.
2. How much do we charge for delivery?
Deliveries in Hermanus are free.
We charge a flat rate of R160.00 for deliveries to Main centres in South Africa and their surrounding areas.
Remote Outlying areas will be charged an additional delivery fee, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within South Africa takes approximately 3-7 working days (being days other than a Saturday, Sunday or a South African public holiday).
4. What happens if I receive damaged products?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products, you must advise us and send photo evidence to info@thewinejourney.co.za within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective products. The Wine Journey will either replace the damaged or defective products, issue a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
5. How do I pay for my order?
You can make SSL secured payment using a valid Credit Card, Zapper, Snapscan or EFT.
6. Can I order single bottles of wine?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver in cases (boxes) of 6 bottles or multiples thereof. We have a number of mixed boxes to select from and if there is a specific mix that you would like, please email us at info@thewinejourney.co.za
